Okay I think it's time for me to stop nerding out.Super Mario 3 : Mario Forever 5.0 is a free software published in the Arcade list of programs, part of Games & Entertainment. I didn't like it much because I got stuck in one part of the game, and it was to get past it because you couldn't buy a lot of upgrades due to the lack of money. There was a completely unrelated game called Mario Forever Galaxy, where it's actually like a space shooter. I would just stick to the Super Mario All-Stars, but it's definitely a great game to start with. It's okay, but the controls are a bit off, I feel. I played it maybe a year ago, or a bit more. You can actually download this game to this day online. There was another minigame where you tried to survive a lot of enemies that entered a screen which you couldn't leave, and finally a level editor (but it wasn't that good actually). There were extra modes/worlds, one which took you to a really hard bowser tank army level with a piranha plant (Venus Fire Trap) which shot like 40 fireballs that went all over the screen, another which Koopa Troops demanded their own rights for shells or something, another one which has a world made of human beings cloned in a laboratory, and my favourite, a Starman minigame where you run into a lot of enemies and it has a good background music track. There are two fanmade power-ups, one that allows you to shoot a beetroot which bounces from left to right, and this cabbage ability which makes you run faster and jump higher. The levels aren't exact replicas of the first Mario game, as they do differ (especially with the newer versions). Mario Forever! This game brings a LOT of memories! It's a pretty good rendition of the original Super Mario Bros. ![]()
